1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing FrameFetch or creating an account, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Copyright Policy and the Privacy Notice.

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you use FrameFetch for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. Do not use the paid service if you are below the age of majority that applies to you.

2. What FrameFetch provides

FrameFetch lets a user submit a public media URL, inspect formats, choose output settings and request a download. Delivery may use either:

• a cloud worker that creates a temporary signed download link; or
• FrameFetch Companion, which runs yt-dlp and FFmpeg on the user’s Windows or macOS computer and saves to a local folder.

Some sources, including YouTube, may block cloud-server access and require the companion. Advanced output features depend on what the source exposes and on the installed helper components.

FrameFetch is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the source websites it can inspect.

3. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Use a unique password and keep it confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by FrameFetch’s failure to use reasonable security.
• One Pro purchase applies to one account. Do not sell, share or transfer credentials or entitlement.
• Notify keke19870699@gmail.com promptly if you believe the account has been compromised.

4. Allowances, price and payment

Lifetime Pro costs CNY ¥18.90 as a one-time card payment. Stripe processes checkout. Taxes or card-provider conversion charges may apply according to your location and payment provider.

Payment is not a subscription. A verified Stripe webhook activates the entitlement on the purchasing account. Pro includes the features and allowance described on the purchase page at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms and reasonable technical changes.

5. Your responsibility for media and URLs

You retain responsibility for every URL and option you submit. You confirm that you own the media or have permission or another lawful basis to download and process it.

You must follow the source website’s terms, licence conditions, privacy rights and applicable copyright law. FrameFetch does not grant rights in source media and does not determine whether a particular use is fair dealing, fair use, licensed or otherwise lawful.

Do not use FrameFetch to bypass paywalls, access controls, authentication, DRM, geographic restrictions or other technical protections. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full prohibited-use list.

6. Availability, updates and third parties

Source websites, extractors, hosting providers, browsers, operating systems and payment providers can change without notice. FrameFetch may update yt-dlp, FFmpeg, infrastructure, limits or workflows to preserve security and reliability.

No promise is made that:

• every public site or URL is supported;
• a listed resolution, codec, subtitle or metadata item is available from the source;
• cloud processing will work where a source blocks data-centre IP addresses;
• the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

FrameFetch will use reasonable care and skill in providing the paid service. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

7. Suspension and termination

FrameFetch may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or infrastructure, respond to a lawful request, prevent fraud, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, FrameFetch will try to give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may stop using FrameFetch at any time and may request account deletion. Deletion does not automatically create a refund and may not remove records that must be retained for payment, fraud, dispute or legal purposes.

8. Disclaimers and liability

FrameFetch is provided for lawful media workflows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameFetch is not responsible for source-site decisions, unavailable media, user infringement, loss caused by unauthorised credential use, or indirect and unforeseeable losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies.

If you use FrameFetch for business purposes, you are responsible for appropriate backups, security review, licence verification and production validation before relying on any output.

9. Changes, governing law and contact

These Terms may be updated for security, legal, payment or product changes. The effective date above will be updated. Material changes affecting paid rights will be communicated reasonably where contact details are available.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law in your country applies. Courts with mandatory jurisdiction retain that jurisdiction.
