Copyright comes first.

1. User responsibility

A user may download only media they own, media the rights holder has authorised them to save, or media they are otherwise permitted by law to process. A public URL does not by itself create permission.

FrameFetch does not grant a licence in source media and cannot decide on the user’s behalf whether a use qualifies as fair dealing, fair use, public domain, Creative Commons or another exception.

2. What to include in a notice

Email keke19870699@gmail.com with the subject Copyright notice — FrameFetch. Include:

1. Your name, organisation and reliable contact details.
2. A clear description of the copyrighted work and your relationship to the rights.
3. The exact source URL and, if known, a FrameFetch job, signed-link or account reference sufficient to identify the material.
4. A concise explanation of why the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or applicable law.
5. A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
6. Your typed or electronic signature.

Do not send passwords, browser cookies, complete payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.

3. How FrameFetch handles a notice

FrameFetch may request clarification, preserve relevant records, disable a cloud object or signed-link path, restrict the associated account, or take other proportionate action. A source website controls its own copy; rights holders should also contact that website when appropriate.

FrameFetch may share the notice and contact details with the affected user where reasonably necessary to investigate or allow a response, subject to privacy and legal requirements.

Nothing in this process requires FrameFetch to adjudicate ownership or complex legal defences. A court order or regulator request will be handled according to applicable law.

4. Mistaken or disputed notices

If your material was restricted because of a notice you believe is mistaken, email the same address with the relevant account or job reference, the basis for your authority, and any licence or public-domain information.

Knowingly false, misleading or abusive notices may cause harm and legal liability. Submit only claims you are authorised to make.

5. Repeat or serious misuse

FrameFetch may suspend or terminate accounts used repeatedly or seriously for apparent infringement, circumvention or unlawful distribution. Factors may include the quality of notices, responses, surrounding evidence and the need to avoid removing lawful uses.
