Refunds and cancellations.

Lifetime Pro is a CNY ¥18.90 one-time digital-service purchase. This page explains how requests are reviewed without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Your consumer rights remain protected

This policy does not remove any cancellation, refund, repair, repeat-performance or price-reduction right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. The Lifetime Pro purchase

Lifetime Pro costs CNY ¥18.90, charged once through Stripe. It is not a recurring subscription. The entitlement is attached to the purchasing FrameFetch account after verified payment confirmation.

The purchase increases the allowance to 100 downloads per rolling 24 hours and unlocks 4K/8K requests when the source actually offers those formats. It does not guarantee that every source or URL will work, and some sources require the Windows or macOS companion.

2. Statutory cancellation rights

Consumers buying online may have a 14-day cancellation right. Different rules can apply to digital content or a digital service that begins immediately. Whether the right is lost can depend on whether the customer gave valid express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged the effect on the cancellation right.

FrameFetch does not assume that a statutory right has been waived merely because the product is digital or the entitlement was activated. If you want to cancel, contact FrameFetch promptly and, where possible, within 14 days of purchase.

Consumers may also have remedies when digital content or a digital service is faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Those rights are separate from a change-of-mind cancellation.

3. Requests FrameFetch will review

A refund or other remedy will be considered where, for example:

  • Stripe shows a successful charge but Pro entitlement was not activated and support cannot correct it within a reasonable time;
  • the same purchase was charged more than once;
  • the payment was unauthorised, subject to reasonable account and payment verification;
  • the paid functionality was materially not as described at the time of purchase;
  • a material technical fault attributable to FrameFetch cannot be repaired or re-performed within a reasonable time; or
  • applicable consumer law provides a cancellation, refund, price-reduction or other remedy.

FrameFetch may first offer to restore entitlement, correct an account state, provide reasonable troubleshooting, or re-perform the affected digital service where that is lawful and proportionate.

4. What this policy does not promise

No automatic refund is promised solely because:

  • a source website removed, restricted, region-locked or changed a video;
  • a source blocked cloud-server access but the official local companion remains an available workflow;
  • the requested quality, subtitle, codec or metadata was never provided by the source;
  • the user lacks permission to save the media;
  • the user’s device, security software, network, disk space or third-party browser configuration caused the issue; or
  • the user changed their mind after making substantial use of the entitlement, where the law does not require a refund.

These examples are review factors, not absolute exclusions. Mandatory rights always take priority.

5. How to request a refund review

  1. Email keke19870699@gmail.com from the address used for the FrameFetch account.
  2. Use the subject FrameFetch refund request and include the purchase date, charged currency and amount, and a short explanation.
  3. Attach a Stripe receipt or payment identifier if available. Redact all but the last four card digits.
  4. For a technical issue, include the operating system, approximate event time and exact on-screen error.

Never send a password, full card number, card security code, browser cookies or private media file.

6. Decision and processing

FrameFetch will review the account, entitlement, download-job and Stripe records reasonably needed to decide the request. Additional proof may be requested where necessary to prevent fraud or identify the correct payment.

An approved refund will normally be issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe and the customer’s bank control when the credit appears. A refund does not authorise continued use of the refunded Pro entitlement, which may be removed after the refund is confirmed.

If you disagree with the outcome, reply with the reason and any relevant evidence. You remain free to use applicable consumer dispute or regulatory processes.
